Welcome to the team, Sarah!
We are delighted to welcome Sarah Jordan to the team in her role as Senior Technical Writer for Aphix.
Sarah Jordan joined Aphix as Senior Technical Writer in November 2019 and has been writing up a storm ever since!
Given the ever-growing range of products and amount of customers now on the Aphix Digital Platform, providing easily accessible, well-written and timely information to inform and educate our customers was becoming increasingly important.
Since achieving her BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from University College Dublin, Sarah has worked in many roles in the IT sector, bringing a wealth of technical knowledge to this role.
In recent years, Sarah also went on to study for an MSc in Health Informatics from Trinity College Dublin, which gave her the knowledge to write Health Information Standards while working in HIQA (The Health Information and Quality Authority in Ireland).
However, Sarah has always enjoyed and excelled at the challenge of understanding complex solutions and explaining them to others in a way that they understand. This is why she loves technical writing so much and how she found herself drawn to the role at Aphix.
Since joining, Sarah has quickly made an impact. She has worked with both the Marketing and Development teams to create and send regular release notes to customers making sure they are kept up to date. She is also making great strides in creating important technical documentation for Aphix, some of which has already been published on its current support platform.
Sarah is kept busy writing feature guides, how-to articles and FAQs in easy to digest formats to keep our customers posted on all the Aphix Digital Platform and it’s products have to offer. She is also working on a much needed customer-facing documentation site.
Outside of Aphix, Sarah enjoys walking her two dogs, Sam and Copper, Sudoku, writing and spending time with her family. Sarah is also an avid reader and tries to read one book a week.
We are delighted to have such a talent onboard with Aphix and have no doubt Sarah will be keeping our customers informed for a long time to come.
