  • What ERP systems does the SalesRep app integrate with?

    SalesApp integrates in real-time with most major ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Intact, and HARMONiQ.
  • Does the SalesRep app work online and offline?

    You can use SalesApp offline as you would online. Any actions made, will be saved. All data will be up-to-date based on your last sync. However, you will only be able to submit orders when you are online.
  • Does the SalesRep app support different currencies?

    Yes, currently Euro, Sterling, and Dollar currencies are supported. When setting up a customer account, you can choose from the currencies that are available and assign it as their preferred currency.
  • Are products automatically updated when a user signs in?

    No, products are updated every time a user syncs the app. We recommend you sync your device every time you are about to visit a customer to ensure you have the most recent information at hand.
  • Can a user save orders and submit them later?

    Yes, users can save orders and submit them at any stage. For example, if you are offiline, you can just save an order and submit it when you are connected to the internet.
  • Does SalesRep support product discounts?

    Yes, reps can offer products at a lower price or for free if you wish. However, you can always have a minimum selling price configured so reps can’t go any lower than that.
  • How long is the implementation process of SalesApp?

    Normal implementation times are anywhere between 8 to 12 weeks. However, that may vary depending on customer requirements and how “ready” your existing data set-up is.
  • What operating system does SalesApp work on?

    You can use the SalesRep app offline as you would online. Any actions made, will be saved. All data will be up-to-date based on your last sync. However, you will only be able to submit orders when you are online.
  • Does the SalesRep app provide order history?

    Yes, SalesApp provides reps with full order history and a breakdown with more details for each order.
  • Is there an in-app signature sign off option?

    Yes, sales reps can create and manage opportunities and customers within the app. It allows them to quickly search their whole customer and prospect base and retrieve information and notes for each one in a matter of seconds.
  • What hardware would you suggest using?

    We suggest Apple. Even though Apple hardware may be more expensive to buy, they are more powerful and trustworthy. However, the latest Samsung products can work equally well.
