B2B Marketing Campaign Manager

The Role

Aphix provides award-winning eCommerce and mobile app SaaS solutions to wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors in the UK, Ireland and globally. We’re going through an exciting period of growth and are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Campaign Manager to join our sales and marketing team to help us realise the demand for our solutions.

The Challenge

The B2B eCommerce market is growing rapidly - the UK alone delivered more than £500 billion in B2B eCommerce sales in just the last 3 years. Aphix is a rising star in the B2B eCommerce space and has an ambitious strategy for a year on year growth. Your role in the Sales & Marketing team is to drive that growth with strategic planning and delivery of targeted campaigns.

As a skilled campaigns professional, you will be responsible for really getting under the skin of our target customers in wholesale, distribution and manufacturing, across a number of key verticals. We want you to discover what makes them tick, what they need from us and how they will respond.

You will craft carefully thought-through integrated campaigns, liaising with the Head of Sales & Marketing and other key individuals across the business to ensure alignment with our growth strategy and that we hit our key results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for planning, developing and delivering the annual integrated campaigns plan, from brief through to post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Design and develop impactful marketing campaigns, both online and offline to drive new business generation and hit MQL target
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing to ensure successful distribution of digital campaigns and ensure key metrics are reported on
  • Focus on ROI throughout the process to ensure objectives are met and performance targets achieved
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify new market opportunities
  • Work with UK and Irish sales team to research and identify key decision-makers in the Reseller’s community of our targeted channel partners and actively promote the Aphix Software brand and services to them
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to create the content needed for campaigns
  • Support our partner channel with campaigns to drive channel sales
  • Be an active contributor to the function of the sales and marketing team

This is the role for you if you have:

  • A degree in business, sales, marketing or other relevant degree and/or proven track record in Marketing B2B SaaS
  • CIM qualification would be desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant B2B Marketing experience
  • Experience working with CRM systems is essential. Hubspot would be an advantage.
  • First-rate copywriting skills
  • An understanding of how to drive brand awareness and demand generation through social platforms
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, yet also a strong team player
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car
  • UK / Irish work permit
  • Knowledge of ERP and eCommerce would be a distinct advantage
