The Challenge They Faced

Excellence had lots of sales reps out on the road who manually take and verbally communicate orders back to the office. A very inefficient process which needed a solution.

They knew the Aphix SalesRep app, which fully integrates with Sage 200, would be a great fit for Excellence and could help them to generate more value from the Sage 200 system by reducing the need to manually process orders.

The Aphix SalesRep app can be used both online and offline. Through the app, sales reps can connect in real-time to the Sage 200 ERP system. They can send orders directly from their mobile devices which speeds up the ordering process, reduces admin tasks and speeds up the order to cash process.

 

By having access to live customer account information, reps can also easily negotiate prices while face-to-face with customers and process the order simultaneously.

 

Sales reps have seen major benefits in terms of time efficiency from using the app. It also has a direct impact through less re-keying of orders and tasks related to order processing have been greatly reduced.
