Welcoming David and Stephen to the Growing Aphix Team!
Aphix Software ais delighted to welcome David and Stephen to the team in their respective roles as Operations Manager and Customer Success Engineer.
New members to the team can be like busses. Nothing for a few months, then bang, along come two great experienced people to complement and add value to our team.
We’re delighted to announce our two most recent employees to Aphix Software - Welcome David & Stephen.
David joins us as our new Operations Manager - a vital role for us as we continue to experience rapid growth and success.
As an expert drummer (his words, not ours) he will be sure to keep everyone coordinated, move us along to the same beat and keep us on track.
David brings a huge amount of knowledge and insight in terms of operational excellence, from previous roles in SaaS companies like Qualtrics, Ticketsolve & Oracle.
Stephen is our newest addition to our Customer Support team.
He’s a Drogheda native, but also a well seasoned adventurer, having travelled and worked overseas before returning home to kick off his career in his first customer service role with a transport company, ExpoService.
Stephen comes from a strong engineering and technical support background. He’s worked in the medical industry with Welch Allyn and cyber security with Symantec (Norton), supporting customers in Europe and the U.S.
Outside of work, his greatest passion is is road cycling, where he can get quite competitive. Well, he did compete internationally at an under age level, representing Ireland, so we’re sure he has the stamina to match the fast pace of Aphix! Nowadays though, Stephen's idea of relaxing is cycling on quiet country roads or over major mountains, ideally in the sun.
