Aphix Digital Platform for SAP Business One strikes the right chord with fully integrated eCommerce for Stentor

The eCommerce suite of products on the Aphix Digital Platform for SAP Business One have been chosen to provide Stentor with both a B2B and B2C eCommerce solution and a mobile SalesApp, all with seamless real-time integration to their SAP Business One system.
With over 40 years in the industry, the musical instrument experts are active in both the B2B and B2C sales channels. Stentor was looking to upgrade its existing websites, to provide the improved customer experience they needed and to support the business moving forwards.
Stentor works with Codestone, leading SAP Business One provider in the UK, for their SAP ERP system. SAP is the foundation of Stentor’s business processes and it was clear that integrating any digital solutions was vital.
Other integrated eCommerce platforms the company looked at lacked the potential for further digital growth and were a much higher investment, particularly when considering ongoing costs. The Aphix SaaS Digital Platform offers customers the opportunity to launch multiple future-ready digital ordering solutions as and when they need them, all from one secure and robust platform and all tightly integrated with SAP Business One.

The B2B arm of the business sees Stentor as the UK's leading independent distributor of musical instruments, developing and representing some of the best quality musical brands. They supply the music retail trade, providing hundreds of music shops in the UK and Ireland with a wide range of quality instruments, parts and accessories.
Touchstone Tonewoods is the B2C side of the music company and supplies tonewood, parts, tools and materials for making and repairing all types of stringed musical instruments, including guitars, mandolins, violins, violas, cellos and basses. Touchstone Tonewoods supply instrument makers, luthiers and repairers in the UK and worldwide.
Having a digital solution streamlined to Stentor’s business processes and systems made perfect sense to increase efficiency and to provide up-to-date accurate customer, pricing and stock information to the end user, all coming live from SAP Business One.
